SHINE YOUR DAY

Life is our choice to live in this world. Everyone absolutely has a good life or bad life. But do you know some people ever think why they don’t have a good life than other people who can get a better life?. Why they must be envy to other people whereas they can get a better life easily? A good life mustn’t have richness, a beautiful face or a brilliant brain. But, a good life is something that we accept how heavy it is. Every problem can solve well if we look it’s certain have a solution. How heavy it is, we can overcome it well. But if you are really stress, try this activity in your day, it’s like :

1. Every morning, you can try to do exercise like running on the street or just
walking for 30 minutes or get a yoga exercise.
2. Eating some fresh food and drink a glass of juice that can make you to be
healthy
3. Going on vacation with your family or friends to some fun places. Don’t walk
alone or in the bedroom alone, because we need to talk with someone.
4. Don’t think this problem since you’re still stress.
5. Do your hobbies that didn’t do until now.
6. For the last is always smile….
